Friday, December 19th 2003 -- Today the Ontario Horse Racing Industry (OHRIA) announced that the Ontario Racing Commission (ORC) has approved changes to the OSS Stallion Eligibility conditions.

November 2003 Grand River Raceway opening December 6
Thursday, November 27th 2003 -- The all new Grand River Raceway will open to the public on Saturday, December 6th, pending final approval from the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). The AGCO will make a final pre-opening inspection of the slots gaming operation at Grand River Raceway during an invitation-only unveiling on December 4th.
